I did a shake it up! Morning and end of the day packing up were crazy. My least favorite part of the day! So, I did it! We are on day 5 and the kids are responding to the new routine. I also modified my behavior strategy giving a warning first and then consequences. The non-consequence warning is definitely getting their attention and I’ve only taken away recess times a couple times since. Thank you for your insight.
