I highly recommend your seminar to any teacher new or veteran. It’s great practical real-life advice that teachers don’t learn in college. There’s no substitute for experience, and you’ve used your experience in the classroom to help and remind teachers of what’s really important; student learning, building relationships, and saving your sanity.
