Linda Kardamis

Linda is the founder of Teach 4 the Heart, which began in 2013.  She graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in Math education. 

Linda loves being able to stay connected to education and helping support teachers by working at Teach 4 the Heart. 

A teacher could reach out to Linda for advice on classroom management, time management, & staying encouraged.

Linda is married to Tim, and they have 4 children ranging from ages 2-9.

Reading, spending time with her family, and playing the flute are some of Linda’s favorite things to do.  When asked to describe Linda, our team used these words to describe her: humble, driven, innovative, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and grace-filled.  She is also authentic and principled—a sure-footed leader.  Her faith truly leads her.

Alexx Seipp

Alexx has been working at Teach 4 the Heart since the spring of 2017.  She has a background in Special Education and taught for 4.5 years in differing inclusion settings.  Alexx is currently a foster mother and has helped raise 12 children in that role.

Alexx loves helping teachers and loves the flexibility that working at Teach 4 the Heart provides so she can still provide foster care and work.  She also loves sharing (and using) the resources we have created here at Teach 4 the Heart to help other teachers be more successful and encouraged.

A teacher could reach out to Alexx if they needed support with children who have experienced trauma and/or have special needs.

Alexx and her husband, Rob, had the honor of adopting two of their foster children,  McKinley (8) and Carter (5).

Alexx is super knowledgeable and well-researched.  She is the person on our team who tackles problems with facts and knowledge she finds from books, podcasts, and any other resource she can find.  She also loves paddleboarding, reading, playing board games, card games, escape room games—basically if it’s a game, she likes it!

Allie Blank

Allie has a background in Elementary Education and taught 2nd and 3rd grade for two years before becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2017. She has experience in a wide variety of school settings including public, charter and private. Allie started working for Teach 4 the Heart in 2021, helping to develop Pray & Plan. In the Spring of 2022, she moved into the role of Operations Assistant.

Allie loves that she gets to work for a company that supports and encourages teachers in their walk with God as they do their daily work of teaching.

Teachers could reach out to Allie for help with planners & organization, teaching young children, and classroom management.

Allie is married to Andy and they have two young children, Lily & Benjamin. They live in Ohio and enjoy connecting with their church family, fixing up & decorating their home, cheering for the Michigan State Spartans, and eating lots of ice cream.

Jen Frey

Jen Frey is a high-school math teacher from Kansas with 5 years in the classroom.  Jen has been working for Teach 4 the Heart’s sister company MathLight  for a year and a half and has moved into the role of Promo Manager & Ads coordinator here at T4TH as of summer of '21.

Jen knows how difficult being a teacher is, so she loves that her work in our companies support and encourage Christian educators.

A teacher could reach out to Jen for advice on adding creativity to lesson plans and brainstorming solutions to problems.  She loves to do things like that!

Jen is married to Cory and they have 3 sons.  They also run an A/V business that specializes in servicing churches.

Jen loves cooking, hiking, and planning day trips for her family.  She is also known for making the world’s BEST cheesecake.

Sarah Humes

Sarah is a Spanish teacher from Pennsylvania.  She also tutors math and ESL.  She has worked for Teach 4 the Heart since 2019 in Customer Service and she also helps with email marketing.  Sarah & her family live in an international dorm, helping to connect kids from all around the world to American culture, all while appreciating their unique situations and what they can learn from each other.

She loves working for Teach 4 the Heart as encouragement is her spiritual gift and she gets to use that in her roles supporting educators here.  She also feels that Teach 4 the Heart aligns with all her family’s core values.

A teacher could reach out to Sarah if they needed help with relationships, minimalism, anxiety or depression.

Sarah and her husband David have two children (and about 20 dorm children this year).  They love playing board games with family and friends, hiking, Lake Erie beaches, camping and music.  Sarah is known for her quirky sense of humor and taking any day from ordinary to special.
