Linda Kardamis
Linda is the founder of Teach 4 the Heart, which began in 2013. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in Math education.
Linda loves being able to stay connected to education and helping support teachers by working at Teach 4 the Heart.
A teacher could reach out to Linda for advice on classroom management, time management, & staying encouraged.
Linda is married to Tim, and they have 4 children aged 6-13.
Reading, spending time with her family, and playing the flute are some of Linda’s favorite things to do. When asked to describe Linda, our team used these words to describe her: humble, driven, innovative, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and grace-filled. She is also authentic and principled—a sure-footed leader. Her faith truly leads her.

Alexx Seipp
Alexx, has been working at Teach 4 the Heart since the spring of 2017. She has a background in Special Education and has taught in differing inclusion and online settings for both public and charter schools. Alexx has been a foster parent for 8 years, helping out 20 kids along the way, 3 of whom she's adopted!
Alexx loves helping teachers and sharing (and using) the resources we have created here at Teach 4 the Heart to help other teachers be more successful and encouraged.
A teacher could reach out to Alexx if they needed support with children who have experienced trauma and/or have special needs. Alexx is super knowledgeable and well-researched. She is the person on our team who tackles problems with facts and knowledge she finds from books, podcasts, and any other resource she can find.
Alexx and her husband Rob live in California with their three kids, McKinley, Carter, and Jaelynne. She loves paddleboarding, reading, playing board games, card games, escape room games—basically if it’s a game, she likes it!

AMANDA REED
Amanda Reed has been in education for over 15 years. She has taught and led teacher trainings in countries all over the world! She has taught 3rd-6th grade and is now a school administrator. She began her journey with T4TH in 2024 as a Customer Support Specialist and assists with schools wanting T4TH course licenses.
Amanda specializes in all things upper elementary and administrative. You can find her active in T4TH's Christian School Administrator Think Tank. She loves working for T4TH because of the values and passions on the team. Helping people succeed and grow is her favorite part about customer service, as well as being a blessing to our teachers.
Teachers could reach out to Amanda for help with curriculum and instruction, gifted education, or school administration. She is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the team to support all of you!
When she is not working, she can be found at the baseball field watching her boys play, hiking, or sitting outside reading a book. She lives in the DC area so there is always something new to explore and experience!
Ashly hilst
Ashly has 8 years of experience teaching 9-12th grade English at both public and private schools. Ashly started working at Teach 4 the Heart in 2024 as a Customer Support Specialist.
Ashly loves Teach 4 the Heart’s mission to support and train teachers, all while keeping our focus on the One who truly loves and empowers us to share that love with our students.
Teachers could reach out to Ashly for help with classroom management at the secondary level, workload management, lesson planning, and building relationships with students.
Ashly lives with her ten-year-old daughter in the Pacific Northwest, which still feels like a magical land to her, even after living there for over 7 years. She loves writing, reading, hiking, cooking, and deep conversations with friends.
BEKI JONES
Beki has over 15 years experience teaching kindergarten through 5th grade students in public schools. She has endorsements in early childhood education, elementary education, reading instruction, and English language development. Beki started working for Teach 4 the Heart in 2023 and is currently the Student Success Manager.
Beki loves that she gets to work for a company that supports and encourages teachers with practical, faith-filled classroom management solutions.
Teachers could reach out to Beki for help with reading development & instruction, English language learners, organization, classroom management, and tech support.
Beki & Jonathan (see below!) have been married 21 years, and they have two dogs, Cricket & Kanga. They live in Oregon and enjoy cheering for the Oregon State Beavers, kayaking, playing board games with friends, hiking, reading, and teaching!
JEN FREY
Jen Frey is a high-school math teacher living in Wyoming. She taught for 5 years. Jen was first connected with Teach 4 the Heart when she started working for MathLight (T4TH’s sister company) in 2020. In 2021, she moved into the role of Promo Manager & Ads Coordinator at T4TH.
Jen knows how difficult being a teacher is, so she loves that her work in supports and encourages Christian educators.
A teacher could reach out to Jen for advice on adding creativity to lesson plans and brainstorming solutions to problems. She loves to do things like that!
Jen is married to Cory and they have 3 sons. She loves cooking, hiking, and planning day trips for her family. She is also known for making the world’s BEST cheesecake.

JONATHAN JONES
Jonathan Jones has over 10 years teaching kindergarten through 5th grade students in public schools. He has endorsements in early childhood education, elementary education, reading instruction, and English language development. Shortly after his wife Beki started working for Teach 4 the Heart in 2023, he jumped in to help out as a Teach 4 the Heart mentor as well!
Jonathan loves helping students reach their full potential by giving them differentiated learning opportunities based on their personal development.
Teachers could reach out to Jonathan for help with reading development & instruction, English language learners, classroom transitions/management, helping students own their learning, and tech support.

JULIE GOUTHIER
Julie has taught middle school science in public school for 6 years. She was a curriculum writer for her district and also led professional developments on various topics. She loves creating fun lessons and activities that get even the most apathetic teenagers engaged!
As Podcast & Summit Content Manager, she's excited to use her creativity to help support Christian educators.
She lives in Texas with her husband Dean and their cat, Piper. She loves dance, was a choreographer for many years, and founded the first middle school dance/drill team in her district. She's dabbled in ballroom dancing since 2022. She loves to write and read historical fiction and her dream would be to one day publish a book. She also enjoys painting, fishing, eating sweets and traveling to anywhere with a beautiful mountain view!
Sarah Humes
Sarah has taught Spanish, speech, ESL, and tutored math, and while she always loved teaching, she considers serving teachers at Teach 4 the Heart her dream job. She finds great joy in following Jesus and connecting with His people. Here at Teach 4 the Heart, Sarah is the Customer Experience Manager, writer, and speaker.
She loves working for Teach 4 the Heart, as encouragement is her spiritual gift, and she gets to utilize it in her roles supporting educators here. A teacher could reach out to Sarah if they needed help with relationships, minimalism, anxiety, or depression.
Sarah & her husband, David, live in northwest Pennsylvania on the surprisingly beautiful beaches of Lake Erie with their two teenage children, Micah & Lydia. Their family loves being outside, reading, and clean comedy. Sarah will never say no to a board game, unless it's past 9:00 pm. She is known for her quirky sense of humor and for taking any day from ordinary to special through the lens of the Bible.
