Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that a few planners contain a collating error.
This was a human error that occurred when the printer was collating the books. It only appears in a small percentage of planners and only in the version WITH lesson plans. But please check your planner to make sure it does not have this error.
how to check your planner:
Go to the December 27-31 lesson planning page. If it looks normal, you're good to go. However, if it looks like the picture below, then yours is one that has this issue. Please scroll down for more info.

If your planner has this (or any) error, we are so sorry. This definitely should not have happened, and you deserve a perfect planner to enjoy!
So, we would like to offer you a new planner (completely free, of course).
Please complete this form here to request a replacement planner.
However, if you'd rather fix it yourself, you should be able to. In most cases, the two pages are simply in the wrong spot. You can open the binding, take out the pages, switch them, put the pages back in, and close up the binding.
If you fix it yourself and it turns out perfect, then please still fill out the form above to let us know, as we would like to send you a coupon for next year to apologize for the inconvenience. When you fill out the form, simply indicate in the appropriate spot that you were able to fix it yourself.
